New for this year, the binding's Air-Form ankle strap provides an articulated fit over your boot without nasty pressure points or pinching. The toe strap retains its Air Strap design for a snug, supportive fit without the excess material or weight slowing you down on longer tours. A bit softer than Karakoram's carbon-infused bindings, the Prime SL Split Binding features an Airflow highback that's cored-out for a bit more lateral flex and an ultra-lightweight feel. However, it's still plenty responsive when you're laying into heelside turns and slashing through secret powder stashes. This highback features Ride-Stride forward lean that quickly toggles between Ride and Walk modes with a 1/4-turn of the forward lean adjuster.
